We offer the industry's most robust return policy. If you're not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days. Questions? None asked. Simply inform us that you'd like to return the purchase, and we'll send you a return label (shipping on us). Alright, we might ask a question or two...like, "can we interest you in something else?" But that's pretty much it. We're not going to make you feel bad about needing to return something.
How Do You Offer Such a Great Policy?We're cyclists and we believe the cycling community looks out for each other. We trust that 99.99999% (or something like that) of folks aren't going to abuse our policy. We'll also pay the shipping costs on the return if you are not satisfied for any reason. ShippingShipping in the U.S. is free (cue fighter jets and screaming bald eagles)! For those outside the U.S., we can ship to virtually any address in the world for a flat fee. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Initiating a ReturnYou should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
