West Coast Customer Support Rep (Part-Time)
We are hiring a bike support representative to support our bike sales and customer support team. This position is a great opportunity for a self-starter who loves bikes.
* Must have better-than-moderate knowledge of bikes and bike parts -- should already have a grasp for the basic workings of different bikes, such as triathlon, road, and mountain bikes, as well as have riding experience;
* Must be able to work (from home or location of your choice) during the hours of 3pm-7pm PST;
* Proficient in typing and online communications as they bulk of your customer interactions will take place digitally.
The Agent must show self-direction and take action to learn our company policies, logistics, and trade. We will provide required equipment and training.

* Must have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks;
* Proximity to Sykesville, Maryland a plus but not required - we will accept the right remote worker;
* Must be available 10-20 hours per week.
